
Idea of the game:
Each player tries to get his group of 6 persons alive through the wilderness.
Only after 4 weeks (game rounds) the rescue team is coming. The main problem:
there is not enough natural food for everybody to survive. The basic idea of
the game: Before I die I better eat my neighbor. To survive you must both find
enough food and do not loose the contact to opponents´groups to compensate
possible food shortages..
Components:
6 sets of 7 player tokens, 6 sets of 6 paper player markers, 6 board
tiles, 42 fighting chips, 84 X-tokens, 84 food tokens, 1 rules sheet.
Frischfleisch was published in 1999 at Spiel ´99 in Essen in a print run of 1200 copies. The game is out of print!
