Funkenschlag – Expansion Central Europe/Benelux

The second energetic expansion for 2 – 6 players at age 12+

IMPORTANT: The game boards Central Europe/Benelux are only playable with a copy of Funkenschlag!

Idea of the Game:
Central Europe: Because of the giant coal resources in Poland the raw material market for the power plants is very one-sided. Additionally both Austria and Poland resign to use nuclear power. Only players with a network that connects to cities outside these countries can use this kind of power plants. The city of Vienna gets a special status, because it burns tons of garbage to produce electricity. Players who have Vienna in the network can buy garbage for a discount. These preconditions give the players exciting challenges in the fight for the highest profit.

Benelux: The states of the Benelux push the building of ecological power plants, so they are willing to increase the actual market to fulfill the need for them. In contrast to Central Europe the Benelux states have a majority of oil (or gas). Besides the very cheap connection costs for networks the game gets even faster, when small power plants are discarded every turn. The fastest version of Funkenschlag!
